To the water
Keswick is lucky to be surrounded by such stunning fells and forests, but that's not all we have. To the north is Bassenthwaite lake, to the south is Derwentwater, to the east we have Thirlmere, and connecting them all is the River Greta.

“Very nice work and interior design”

“Brilliant location as you can reach the main town with a 10-15 minute walk. Was a great place to stay after a long day paddle boarding on Derwent water.”
-
“Fantastic hideaway in the Lakes but only a few mins walk into the town centre. Very quiet with plenty of parking with great views of the fells from the grounds. I would highly recommend as a great base to explore Keswick and the surrounding fells.”

“The location is ideal for anyone staying in the area as it's only 5 minutes drive to the mountains and on the edge of the town in a really nice quiet area. The parking was excellent. I would recommend here to anyone staying in the area and I will definitely come back again!”
