We have five beautifully renovated and stylishly decorated properties in the Lairbeck building, each with their own style, features and configurations. There is also a comfortable, snug single en-suite room for solo visitors. As a restored Victorian country house, Lairbeck once again shines as it did in 1875 when it was first built as the family home of millionaire James Anderson, when it became well-appointed apartments in the 1960's and again when converted to a successful hotel in the 1970's.

In April 2023 the first three apartments were completed and reopened to guests: the ground floor studio apartment for two guests, Bethby Beck; and two larger first floor apartments, also welcoming two guests each, Cameron Fell and Redwood Rise. The Capsule, our en-suite single room offering concluded works in that year.

In 2024 two new one-bed apartments, ground floor Ashbrooke and second floor Fell 215, were added to complete the set.
